RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Hickory County Cares Online Thrift Store. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received the item to contact us for return authorization.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, returned in the original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive the item, we will notify you that we have received it. We will inspect the condition of the item and notify you on the status of your refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus the shipping costs. You will receive the credit within the number of days specified by your card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
